specific words or combinations of words. The text search engine will display a weighted

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions
containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:
- hypoplastic syndrome
- finds documents containing 'hypoplastic' or 'syndrome'
- hypoplastic or syndrome
- same as above
- hypoplastic and syndrome
- finds documents containing both 'hypoplastic' and 'syndrome'
- hypoplastic not syndrome
- finds documents containing 'hypoplastic' but not 'syndrome'
- (hypoplastic not syndrome) and surgery
- finds documents containing 'surgery', plus 'hypoplastic' but not 'syndrome'
